Check out the latest CME Information:
There are undoubtedly many questions about the purpose, function, and rights of the CME Homeowners' Association and residents. Hopefully, as this site grows such questions will be answered while highlighting other information, too. The documents list provides in-depth coverage of the CME covenants, procedures, and also includes a plat map of the neighborhood. An FAQ file has been included to explain concerns such as maintenance of common areas, the grievance process, and other commonly expressed concerns.
If you have a question that is not clearly answered via the information provided on this site, email the homeowners' association directly. Please visit this site periodically to view new information as it is added especially in these early weeks while our association is expanding and developing resources for residents' review.
There are committees forming as mentioned in the recent letter sent to CME property owners:
Landscape Committee
The Landscape Committee, led by Chip Henry, is responsible for managing the maintenance of CME's common areas. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our common areas, please contact Chip.
Architectural Review Committee
The Architectural Review Committee, led by Denise Blaha, is responsible for assuring that only the best architecture and design features are approved in order to create an environment in which individual tastes are not sacrificed but are blended in a way that overall property values will be protected. View the ARC Standards.
Please contact Denise Blaha at 739.7091 to discuss your pending home improvement project or change in exterior colors. You may complete the form (and required attachments as outlined on the form) and e-mail back to Denise. . Be sure to call Denise (739.7091) when you send an email to her. Each request varies and the Architectural Review Committee “ARC” suggests homeowners contact Denise to discuss the request and required paperwork prior to submission of a request to insure a complete application, which will assist in expediting the review.
Denise has several “sample” packages from fence requests to shed requests that have been helpful to homeowners with similar projects. The covenants allow 30 days for ARC to review the request and render a decision.
